Online Purchase Procedure

In order to make a purchase in the website shop, you first select an item or several items and go with the cart to the purchase page, where you fill-in basic details for the purpose of sending the purchase confirmation and the

item you ordered.

 

Ella Gutman and the site's staff are committed to maintain only the most basic personal information in a secure manner and keep with its strict privacy policy that protects its visitors and customers.

 

Please note that there are art and carft works that may become out of stock but can be pre-ordered using the Contact Us button next to the product. Also, there are unique items that carry the "Single Piece" label, meaning no more can be created of them.

 

The purchase on the website is simple and convenient, but also adheres to high standards of cyber-security to protect sensitive purchasing information, guaranteed through PayPal's encrypted method of secure purchase. Upon purchase, credit card information is encrypted and no one, neither Ella, site operators or any third party, can read or retrieve the information.

 

Immediately after the purchase is completed and confirmed, a confirmation will be sent to the customer's e-mail address. This will include the details of the order and the shipping address entered. Please note that the transaction is completed only after this confirmation was sent. This procedure is automatic, and the confirmation should arrive within a few minutes. If you made a purchase but did not get the conformation mail within an hour, please check your spam box as well, or else contact us and we will address it within the day. It is advisable to check that the confirmation has arrived and contact us in case of error in the order details.

 

As soon as the item is shipped, a second mail will be sent to your e-mail address, detailing the shipping tracking number. Upon ordering Custom Made items, an additional message will be sent when Ella starts preparing it.

When collecting your new artworks, we recommend checking the contents of the shipment and letting us know if something is out of order.

Cancellation

​

When ordering an item from the store's inventory, the order can be canceled at any time provided that the product has not yet been shipped. When ordering a Custom Made item, the order can be canceled at any time provided that the preparation procedure has not yet begun.
