Ella Gutman guarantees to supply quality handmade items in excellent condition via careful and accurate delivery.

When purchasing from the website, the price includes a guarantee for the delivery of the item(s)

in good condition and ready to use.

Ella undertakes to provide all purchases within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the purchase procedure and subject to the terms of the shipping companies.

At the time of purchase, the customers recognize that the price of the product does not include shipping.

​The cost of delivery to any destination is 18$ for up to four items per purchase, 30$ for up to eight items and 36$ for more than eight items. When the items are in stock, the delivery will arrive up to two months from the date of purchase.

When the requested item is out of stock and customade, the delivery period will begin from the completion of the item, then you will also be notified. If the shipment is delayed for any reason, a notification will be sent. When the package is sent, a delivery confirmation message will be sent that includes a tracking number for the status of the purchase.

 

Ella undertakes to compensate a customer who purchased a product and did not receive it within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the terms of purchase. The customer acknowledges that the delivery time varies depending on the order details and the intended geographical destination.

 

Within Israel, the cost of each delivery is 14$ (or 45 NIS), unlimited items can be added. When the items are in stock, delivery will arrive to the customer's home within 14 business days from the date of purchase.

Customers may choose to collect their item(s) at no extra charge,
